Intro Call

We have a short 20-minute call to understand your team's needs, schedule, and goals. No commitment required — just a conversation to see if it's a good fit.

Tailored Program Design

Based on our conversation, I design a program specifically for your team — session structure, focus areas, and format (in-person or remote), all aligned to what your people actually need.

We Kick Off

Your first session runs. Classes are 60 minutes, weekly, and designed to be accessible for all levels — no experience needed, no equipment required.

Ongoing & Evolving
